I have spent the past three years in the human resource industry assisting wounded service members and low income individuals with employment placement and providing over 150 hours of employment readiness workshops. I have also created new partnerships with 4 federally-funded organizations; 8 national, 15 state, and 10 local public and private organizations; along with 3 universities across multiple industries [healthcare, manufacturing, education, services, real estate, and retail].
Prior to this I enjoyed being a plans analyst managing 32 DoD projects where I was able to analyze and identify ways of improving the efficiency and productivity by integrating like elements across capability and organizational lines. One such method was the utilization of MS Sharepoint to assist in creating a knowledge management database and to provide real-time accessibility to documents and information instead of having to contact a POC for the said information.
