I am a Rutgers graduate, accounting was my major. I was out of the country for a year and a half, upon my return the economy was the way it is. I have been trying to be given an opportuntity to get back in the field, however, with so many people out of work, it has been difficult. I feel that I am a responsible and hardworking individual with lots of potential. This is why I am attempting to network and see if I can land a job in my field.

I was a staff accountant at the time I left and by this time I would be most likely in a managerial position or at least senior accountant. However, with time passing and unemployed I am contemplating on going back to school in order to get enough credits for the CPA exam.
