I come with a solid background which includes legal research, contracting, litigation, drafting of bills, acquisition strategies, government affairs, civil litigation, criminal litigation, contract awards, clause interpretations, contract performance, procurement, adjudications, US Congress and legislation, RFPs, supervision of proper distribution of federal funds on programs, due representation, working ethics, safety & security, power industry, public policy (policy making), investigations, subpoenas, and labor law.
