I have a degree in International Relations from UDLA I also have a M.A. in Buss Adm., a second degree in Tourism. I was a diplomat for the Mexican Government for over 20 years currently working for a law firm in the city of Houston covering the Real Estate Industry.

Always open to return to the Tourism Promotion of a destination. I have noticed many organizations of different tourism destinations. not promoting the way they should promote. I have proven track of success in promoting Mexico as a surface destination; It gave the Mexican Government an added income of 1.8 billion Dlls. This was the first time Mexico has received this earnings as part of a specific promotion of this segment of tourism.

Former Diplomat of the Mexican Government head of the Surface Tourism Office for all USA and Canada.

Promotion for a special segment of tourism covering simultaneously all USA and Canada in the promotion of diverse Mexican Destinations, Unique Mexican Destinations, Secret Jewels of Mexico, covering from Mountains to beach resorts, colonial cities as well as archeological sites, small luxury Hotels, Colonial Circle, Mexican Cuisine, Mexican Music, covering the entire Mexican territory.
