A Certified Fundraising Executive with 18 years of demonstrated experience in resource and organization development for non-profit and for-profit groups. Proficient in creating mission-based action plans, cultivation methods and stewardship strategies. Record: 90% increased participation of target market, 60% increase in annual giving, and building efficient practices within a four-month period to secure $350,000 multi-grant funding and pipeline of $1.5 million.
