I have been living in New Zealand for four years now and for the last three years I have been working as a Baker and pastry chef and Food Safety & Quality Product Control. I am originally from Brazil and I have got a bakery and patisserie qualification gained in Brazil at Universidade do Vale do Itajai. Also I have Qualification in Hotel and Hospitality and Tourism: Planning, management and marketing. Recently I attended a specific European bread course, production from sourdough and pre-dough.
