- I obtained my PHR certfication in January 2006. I have over 11 years of experience in the retail industry with 6 years recruiting and generalist experience.
For 6 years I have been a HUGE partner in recruiting the "BEST of the BEST" for Advance Auto Parts while assisting my Area Human Resources Managers with various Generalist activities.
Between the period of time in which I worked for Western Auto/Parts America and my current employment with AAP, I went back to school and received my MSHRM -Master's in HR. After always having a desire to help people and protect company assets, I decided that Human Resources was the direction that my career should go.
