I have a deeply rooted passion for the training and development of individuals. Over the past two and a half decades I have been engrossed with and devoted to learning and development, my own included. The change, performance improvement, and personal growth in individuals I have had a hand in, be it soldiers, students, or sales people, has captivated me. I have over 12 years of adult teaching experience and have developed customized training programs, lectures, and training materials. As a University Instructor and US Army Officer in charge of training I conducted analysis, evaluations, continuous improvement, and maintenance of the training programs and materials and records to ensure business and client needs were being met. Augmenting my academic and military adult learning experiences, I have managed the learning and development of 800 sales professionals for Hewlett-Packard and 200 store and district managers for the Dollar Tree Stores, Inc.
