Dear Sir or Madam:

I will be attending the Latpro event on May 16, 2013 being held in Trinity University.

I am interested in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition/Placement career opportunities in the DC area.  I am interested in the Recruiter opportunity opportunity because I have over four years experience recruiting and I am seeking an opportunity to serve and to make a difference.  I am a firm believer that recruiting brings new talent to the organization and keeps it viable.    I am a Post 9/11 Army veteran seeking to return to the Washington, DC area.

I have been blessed to have served in positions of increasing responsibility in the US Army culminating as a Human Resources Supervisor for an organization of over 400 involved in sourcing world-wide operations.  I went on to serve in the US Department of State as a Recruiting Specialist where not only did we perform outreach, we tracked the Diversity of the organization. Which led me to become a Diversity Program Manager at the US Department of Agriculture where I analyzed organizational trends in order to determine barriers to employment and promotion of Diversity in the USDA. Due to an organizational restructure, I was laterally transferred to work in Conflict Resolution where I designed, developed, coordinated and presented monthly workshops to empower employees through increasing human relations skills and reducing conflict in the workplace.

I have attached my resume for your consideration and I welcome the opportunity to discuss your organization’s needs.  I am available to you 24/7 by calling (210) 376-7441 or via email rauldinzey@gmail.com
