Share 'Did The Obama Administrationm Help The Hispanics Community?'

Please reply: Despite the proven fact that the Hispanic population put the OBAMA presidency into History  twice and as  it seem that we have not gotten a Fair shake over it  in that there is more Hispanics earning less as well as being promoted despite of their Educational Background and/or Achievements than the Afro-American population?
