Hispanic professional society & diversity job fairs at NSHP.org

David:
Start with something basic and highly effective, for two reasons:
1) It jump-starts your metabolism, cause you will do it first thing in the morn
2) You will utilizing major muscle groups

Every morning (at least 5 days p/week) when you wake up, do the following:

Start with:
25 Push-ups
25 Squats
25 Sit-ups
25 Jumping jacks

Take your time and let your body feel good about what you are doing.  Do each level for at least one month before you move up.  When you start feeling better, go to 50, 75, 100.  Also, use as many sets as you need to complete each exercise, as long as you do each exercise all the way through.  This is not exciting by any means, but I did this for one year, and was in "great shape".  When you get to a point (2 to 3 months) when your body is use to the 75 reps, you could start incorporating other types of exercise later in the afternoon, like walking, running, weight training, swimming, etc .... for at least 20 minutes.

Don't forget to take a few minutes after each session to stretch, just 5 or 10 minutes.  Good for the body, great for the spirit!  (see attached).

Also, join our new group (Spirit ~ Body ~ Nutrition) so we could share with others
Let me know how your doing on our group and lets keep in touch.
Sincerely,
PhyEd
