* Be In a Solid Relationship
* Work Out
* Never Retire-we all need a purpose
* Consume Plenty of Fruits and Vegetables - juicing is good, especially in the morning

Jack LaLanne was simplistic. His words are true for those who care about their health. And those who have some sort of health issue, if they follow Jack LaLanne's advice they can still maintain a level of health and feel good.
