Hello, everyone! I've been buried on a contract writing projects so I don't have much time to visit anymore. Peter, how did the Latino Community Fund thing go? Nothing lasts forever--I'll be back and active some day...

Since i don't know anyone down here, can you help me to find a place in someone else's table?   I want to meet new people and start making new friends.

BTW: May 7 www.latinocommunityfund.org gala is going to be great fun. Great music, food, and people! All in support of our community.  Bring a friend, a date, and/or your mother.

I just gave my last seat at my table to someone else this morning, but i can either find someone else's table for you to join or you can register at www.latinocommunityfund.org and you will be put at a group table that needs to fill seats. What would you prefer?

If you want to join me at my table, let me know and i can send you the link with a code to register and be assigned.  If you want to bring a group of friends at your own table, email me jcardenas@latinocommunityfund.org and he can set you up with a code for people to register and be seated as a group.

Latino Community Fund is going to hold a fundraising party on Saturday, May 7th. http://www.latinocommunityfund.org/

This might be a fun opportunity for you all to attend and meet up in person.  If you want to be at the same table, let me know. We can arrange that.

I live in NY, but I plan to take a business trip to Seatle in the the next few weeks and I don't know anyone from the hispanic community in that city. It is with that intention that I'm join this group.

Arturo, my family also loved Chinese food. I used to love it when my aunt would ask for a piece of bread to go with her meal. The waiter would get so flustered--they never served bread. He'd say, "No need bread, Missy. Rice on plate!" Later on, I used to carry a slice of bread for her in my purse.
