Hi all,

I am a Realtor in Raleigh, NC. I am looking forward to connecting with you. Do you all connect best through this platform or do you have another platform you prefer? Thanks in advance.

Saving Money on Your Office Space Isn't Always in Form of Lower Rent:

The trend in many offices is moving towards open 'Lofted' spaces. While creative and modern, remember the temperature your HVAC holds is based upon volume. You're heating and cooling from floor to ceiling. You may be paying close to double what you would in a traditional office space.

Food for thought.

I have been progressively working with more and more buyers coming from the New York market who are buying properties in the Greater Bridgeport, CT area. The primary reason is value and quality of life concerns. My market offers buyers greater values when compared to the NY market yet, we are close enough (1 hour) away from NY which allows families to continue working in NY. Looking for NY realtors who are interested in entering into a referral arrangement with a CT realtor. Average sale price in Bridgeport is now at $170,000

This is the time to extend your networking, develop stronger relationships with colleagues, and position yourself for the future. It’s also the time to take a good hard look at your approach to lead generating, and the marketing of your brand, and do what needs to be done to make you more effective in your day to day operation. Remember that this current market condition will not last indefinitely.
