No problem Jacqueline, Yes, challenge your knowledge. Take practice test after practice test. Reinforce what you know and go back and review what you need. As I mentioned earlier, it's not really a true measure of your HR knowledge. If you've been working in the field, you already have a great deal of HR knowledge. The vast majority of the "specialist" I know, did not score highest in their respective areas--isn't that interesting. So approach this with an open mind and consider yourself a HR professional and contributor obtaining her credentials. The very best of luck, you'll do well!

Welcome Moses!

Hey All, It is very exciting to join a group such as this one. I am very excited to know about the members as well as you get to know about me. I currently work in an HR manager/Assistant Director position for a prestigious hotel in the heart of Silicon Valley. Human Resources has been a true career and quite a journey at this stage in my career. I have enjoyed every moment, every experience, and everyone who has taken the time to train me in this very complex but satisfying field.
