This is a full-time, 12-month position with paid vacation and fringe benefits. Availability on nights and weekends is frequently required. Duties include the recruitment and retention of underrepresented students; supervision and evaluation of center staff; management of the center's operations and budget; collaboration with faculty for curricular support; coordination of programs, workshops, and training seminars for promoting inclusive excellence; establishment of partnerships to support student experiential opportunities; and the development of relationships with foundations and private donors to foster external resource support for center initiatives. Qualifications: Seeking an energetic and dynamic leader who has the ability to create and implement programs that both support the recruitment/retention of underrepresented students and enhances the inclusive excellence of the campus community. Candidates should have strong writing and verbal skills and possess an ability to effectively connect with campus-wide and community constituents. Master's degree and (2) years prior experience required; Doctorate preferred.
