A new role within McDonald’s Corporation has been created for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join and make an immediate impact within our IT Solutions and Global Shared Services functions. This role is based out of our U.S. Headquarters in Oak Brook, IL. We are looking for a Human Resources professional who understands the importance of relationship building, carries an entrepreneurial spirit, possesses strong business acumen and has represented Human Resources as an enabling function to the overall business. A HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, where changing hats and challenging their “leading through influence” skills occurs on a regular basis will not want to hesitate to apply today.
