Earlier this week, we released a powerful video calling on CNN to drop Lou Dobbs from its network.1 We know it had an impact, because the next day, Dobbs complained about our campaign on his television show.2 Now it's time for Dobbs and CNN to hear from each of us, and we've made it easy for you to speak out. Here's how:

A portion of CNN's web site--called iReport--is dedicated to photos and videos submitted by everyday people like you. Whether you want Dobbs gone because of his anti-immigrant views or his faulty reporting in support of the "birther" movement, CNN's iReport is the perfect place to tell CNN how you feel.

Can you take a picture or shoot a short video letting CNN know what you think of Lou Dobbs? Our online tool makes it easy. If enough of us act, we can get other news outlets to cover the story, and force CNN to answer publicly for their Dobbs problem. Please click below to see photos and video that have already been sent in, and then add your voice.

Our campaign against Lou Dobbs comes at a crucial time for CNN, right before their broadcast of a new documentary series, "Latino in America." CNN's leadership knows that Latinos are the fastest-growing demographic in the United States, and that they need to attract Latino viewers in order to stay competitive. But when asked about Dobbs at LIA preview screenings over the past two weeks, CNN executives dodged the questions.

What Dobbs does nearly every night on his show is harmful to Latinos, and CNN broadcasting "Latino in America" doesn't make up for it. If CNN truly respects Latinos, the network should stop making money off of Dobbs' hate. Let's tell CNN: You can't have it both ways.

If CNN executives see enough of us organized and taking action to hold them accountable, they will have to think long and hard about whether Lou Dobbs makes sense for their business. Please join us in calling out CNN for continuing to give Lou Dobbs a platform for his hateful rhetoric about immigrants and Latinos. And please ask your friends and family to do the same. It just takes a few minutes:
