The Latinos in Information Sciences and Technology Association (LISTA) a 501 (c) (3),), is requesting resume for an administrative Assistant . 

The Most important employees with the biggest variety of responsibilities is the Administrative Assistant at LISTA. A good Administrative Assistant is constantly flexible, and doesn’t limit
his or her responsibilities to typing or filing or answering phones. LISTA Administrative Assistant’s prime responsibility is the running of
the Techno Centro office, the work of an Admin changes from day to day.

Though it’s difficult to list the specific responsibilities of an Administrative Assistant, some of the most common tasks an Admin must undertake in the running of the
office are:

  1. Answering Phones and Scheduling Appointments
  2. Preparing and Sending Correspondence
  3. Writing and Preparing Reports, Documents, and Spreadsheets
  4. Organizing and Running the Office
  5. Scheduling.

Working for LISTA as an Administrative Assistant entails a great amount of responsibility.
