Florida foreclosures are still at very high levels heading into the later stage of the first quater of the year. There is however also a lot of interest in the Florida foreclosure home market from the bargain hunters who are eager to find a bargain. With recovery at least 12 - 18 months away it’s a good time to be looking although some advisors say your better to wait for the first signs of the turn around before buying into the market.

Wanted to say hello from San Diego. I am an importer of fine kitchen cabinetry from Spain. Very modern and Elegant. The great thing when you buy Cabinets made in Spain is that you get all the european quality and environmental standards, but without the BIG price tag of those made in Italy or Germany.

I have created a group called San Diego-Tijuana, specialized in professionals doing business both sides of the border, so if interested, please join and lets start some good discussions and networking.

Hasta pronto y Saludos

Volunteering and interning are great ways to get experience and expand your network. If you can, get involved with your preferred field as quickly as you can. People are more willing to share leads, advice, and information with people they know and like.

Good luck!

Hi!
Does anyone knows how to get a nice job even though you don't have experience working in the States? I worked as a waitress for a few months but obviously that is not enough as i can see! I want to work for a zoo or something related. Should volunteering with a nice institution will give me enough credit for my experience? Since i have worked before but in my country only!
Anyone?? thanks!!
