So what's the deal? Is it true that saying: "...Equal Justice for all"? or in fact is Justice only for those how can Affort it?

It is a reality. Sad but true. We all know that attorneys fees are really expensive, right? Well, actually this is a major issue for people who come to this Country with many expectations to find a better way of living and unfortunately, just out of the blue for some strange reason, someone has the idea to suit someone for something or some reason. You know, here in America, lawsuits are very easy to happen, and even more, we live in a very happy lawsuit society...! So this friend of mine, was making a living, you know, middle income working guy, and got a lawsuit. Long story short, he went through the worst period of his life because; first of all he as an immigrant doesn't know how the "system" works and of course he ended in a huge pile of debt with all those fees from his "friend the lawyer".
Needless to say that his now in bankruptcy, in a foreign Country feeling lawlessly and unprotected.
So again is the Justice Equal for all?

Sorry to hear what happened to your friend. There are some members of this Network that are lawyers or work for non-profit agencies that provide legal advice, and some of them at little or no cost. Maybe your friend or others in a similar situation can ask them what is the best path to take, some suggestions.

It's funny, you know, that's exactly how I met him. I am one of those law providers. So now we are taking care of him and he just pays a very small fee monthly basis and he and his whole family is protected and in better shape.
