Hispanic professional society & diversity job fairs at NSHP.org

Many counties in Northeast Florida have launched their Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP). The program is designed to help residents in the purchase of affordable homes. The NSP program works to match prospective buyers with renovated homes located in particular zip codes.

Eligibility requirements are few. Prospective homebuyers’ income cannot exceed 120 percent of the region’s median income. The homebuyer cannot currently own a home and the NSP home must be used as the buyer’s primary residence.

Who do you know that could profit from this great opportunity?
