Hispanic professional society & diversity job fairs at NSHP.org

Hello all,

I've been just like many laid off. I've bee a Director of Technology for k-12 school district and I am looking for an opportunity in education or corporate. I have a Master's degree in Ed Technology from Pepperdine University and have owned my own technology practice. I'm a mac/pc expert with alot to offer including consulting and training. Anyway, I'm sure you guys have all heard the same, but if anyone can help I would greatly appreciated. I'm located in the inland empire, but don't mind traveling or commuting if necessary. Thanks again.

Try Monster, Career Builder and Jobster. TX is still doing well for now but that can change soon, ever thought of re-locating? No offense but I hear no good news coming out of CA.
Good Luck.

Relocating is a great consideration at the moment. I'm actually on all those job boards but what's bad is that most of them are agencies that just basically say that I'm too over qualified etc.... Do you have a job board specific to Texas?

Reply to This

No, but try jobs under the Classifieds of the Houston Chronicle. I dont know what the Dallas, San Antonio or Austin papers are. Only problem for these online papers is that most positions today are on the nationwide job boards we were disscussing earlier, but it might help taking a new avenue!
Overqualified??
I hate that! You work your nalgas off to improve yourself then they claim that you are too good for the position?? You would think todays "Out of the box" thinking would allow YOU to make the decision of taking a position that is "beneath" you......We all have bills to pay..Good luck, Keep in touch.........

Hi Carlos. If you're looking to own your business, helping people to protect their families finacialy, with insurance and great financial products. At the same time you will be building wealth for your family, and teaching others to do the same.
