The top 10 most profitable public companies are... pharmaceutical manufacturers; they're in the money, in the business of sickness, and they need more volunteers. I'm sure you're available. Just watch their plethora of emotionally-charged commercials; they're so heart-warming that I'm sure they have "your" best interest in mind.

He laid the foundation for modern medicine and believed that the body has the innate capacity for healing itself. Good health makes a lot of sense but in doesn’t make a lot of dollars, so let thy food be thy medicine and thy medicine be thy food.
