Facebook. Twitter. Blogs. Groupon. Yelp. You’ve heard of these right? And you have probably used one or all of them. But do you understand how you can use these to grow your business?
Social networking has quickly become a crucial part of business marketing, and it has become of particular benefit to small businesses. These applications can help you spread the word faster, more effectively and (here comes the big selling point!) it costs much less than traditional advertising.
In this workshop, you’ll learn what social media marketing is, how it differs from traditional marketing, and how you, as a small business owner, can leverage it to grow your business. We'll talk about some of the big players, developing a social media strategy and introduce you to the “DOs” and “DON'Ts” of social media marketing.
(Space limited to 20 people. Early bird registration $25 through Feb. 1. $35 thereafter.)
