The Amon Carter Museum in Fort Worth is hosting a discussion featuring individuals who found success in the visual arts as young adults, and have discovered how to continue to keep the creative process alive as their careers progress. This program also includes a look at artists featured in the exhibition American Moderns on Paper: Masterworks from the Wadsworth Atheneum Museum of Art who excelled at a young age, including Stuart Davis and Jacob Lawrence. A reception follows the program.
Admission is free, but because seating is limited, reservations are required. Call 817.989.5030 or e-mail education@cartermuseum.org to register.
This program is made possible in part by a grant from Humanities Texas, the state affiliate of the National Endowment for the Humanities.
