In this session, you will hear a case study that discusses the ramifications to the employer on how to calculate the exposure (including excise tax) of their plan and what design modifications may be necessary.
In this program you will learn: the immediate reforms that require attention including employer disclosures; how the system is designed to work; necessary action steps; decisions affecting penalties, options, contributions; and the value of employer based coverage.
