Event Description

The future is an unknown and changes at an ever more rapid pace. While we cannot predict the future, we can have insight into the future and use that insight to plan for our personal and professional collective success.
Join the many NSHMBA professionals, as we learn about the future, how demographics paint a clear and dramatic picture of what we can expect in the
future, and how we will grow, lead and prosper in the future together.

College of Business, University of Louisville

Nat Irvin, II is the W.M. Strickler Executive in Residence and professor of management at the College of Business. Dr. Irvin has engaged many groups and organizations in strategic conversations about the future focused on the
significant social, political, economic, technological and environmental trends and events that will have the greatest impact on urban communities by the year 2020 and beyond.
At the U of Louisville College of Business, Irvin teaches change management, leadership and future studies. Irvin, is the founder and president of Future Focus 2020, founded in 1996 as a non-profit, non-partisan 501 © 3 corporation dedicated to providing leadership in bringing futurist thinking to urban America and minority communities.
